This sub-class includes: - collection of non-hazardous solid waste (i.e., garbage) within a local area, such as collection of waste (including mixed recoverable materials) from households and/or businesses by various means (e.g., refuse bins, wheeled bins, containers) - collection of non-hazardous waste of animal or vegetal origin - collection of yard waste - collection of waste output of industrial plants - collection of hazardous or toxic waste like: - used oil from shipment or garages - bio-hazardous waste - used batteries - hazardous waste of animal origin - nuclear waste - collection of expired pharmaceuticals - collection of recyclable materials - collection of used cooking oils and/or fats - collection of refuse in litter-bins in public places - operation of waste transfer facilities or stations for hazardous and/or non-hazardous waste - collection of construction and demolition waste - collection and removal of debris

Prerequisites (15)
- Process Flow Diagram with description
- Process flow diagram with description of the overall process/operation of the general waste disposal facility and its processes.
- Industrial Siting Consultation (ISC)
- Scheduled maintenance programme
- A copy of the scheduled maintenance programme of all major equipment for the first year of operation (for new disposal facilities) or for at least one year of operation from the date of application (for existing disposal facilities).
- Layout Plan of Facility
- Detailed Layout Plan of facility showing work areas e.g. entrance, processing area, storage area, equipment placement.
- Tenancy Lease Agreement
- A copy of the tenancy lease agreement/Title Deed of the facility.
- Progressive Wage Model Declaration
- Information of all employees in the facility.
- Valid Fire Certificate issued by SCDF
- Fire Certificate | Licence & Accreditation - GoBusiness
- FormSG
- You may proceed to submit additional informational such as source of waste intake and off-take destination for recyclables via FormSG after obtaining the GoBusiness application number.
